Aquila ICT Solution provides various technology services including:

  • Geez SMS: Bulk SMS gateway services for businesses
  • Payment Gateway: Digital payment processing solutions
  • ERP Solutions: Enterprise resource planning software
  • e2Store: E-commerce platform solutions
  • Custom Software Development: Tailored software solutions
  • Talent Outsourcing: IT staffing and recruitment services

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our services are owned by or licensed to Aquila ICT Solution. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Specific SLA terms, including credits for downtime, are outlined in individual service agreements. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aquila ICT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aquila ICT Solution, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services:

  • For violation of these Terms of Service
  • For non-payment of fees
  • If required by law
  • At our sole discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or by email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
